Pretty good shower head for the price, installed relatively easy, had to do a bit of trimming on my end, not rly a quality thing for the unit. I like the color it shows nicely in the bathroom. Also nice that everything is matching.

What attracted me the most with this shower set is the matte black color. It’s hard to find a nice matte black shower faucet set in store. I’ve tried searching all the typical brand stores and they barely have any options for matte black, when they do, they’re not as attractive as this. This was a heavy package because of its solid material. I was worried about buying these type of things online since I can’t see and feel it for myself prior to buying but I’m satisfied with the condition of this shower. The best part is that it comes with a valve, no need to purchase separately. This worked perfectly in my newly renovated bathroom. The shower head gives out high pressure water. Definitely worth the purchase.

Looks great: I wish the tub Spout was metal and not plastic. Feels a little flimsy. The shower head and valve seem much more sturdy. Looks great and the flow is really nice: fairly easy to install but again screwing the spout on tight felt flimsy

Over the past six years I’ve owned three Oxygenics Vortex shower heads. Each one is $80. I got tired of having to replace them due to the exact same internal component failure each time. My preferred shower head mode is the awesome high pressure mist feature found on the Vortex. Which is why I kept investing in a faulty product. It's that good.Got it two weeks ago. It installed in 60 seconds. No drips, scratches, or cosmetic issues. It looks simple but nice, and works perfectly. After a dozen showers now, I can firmly attest to the fact that I absolutely love it.As I continue to note, the pressure is high, like really high. The narrow massage feature is so intense I don't actually know if I can use it. Bruising may occur! Haha. You masochists out there will love it!Granted, pressure largely has to do with how your home's water system is set up. We happen to have good pressure, although I suspect that even if you don't, this thing will do the trick. I did take the water flow valve out - I should note. The pressure with it was good. The pressure without it is full on God mode.Happy showering!

While the parts look pretty, they require a plumber to install and are difficult even for a master plumber. The most important piece is the poorest made, the cartridge. Everything else is solid, but the cartridge is plastic. The valve doesn't work so the water won't shut off and it is missing a gasket so it leaks. I tried customer support and never heard back from them. I ordered a replacement cartridge from the same manufacturer and it had the same problem, even with both gaskets. It wouldn't shut off the water and it still leaked. The design requires very good access from the back so all the plumbing pipes and manifold can be reached and adjusted and fixed in place. A total expensive nightmare. Somehow a product costing less than $150 became a $1,000 installed fixture.

Loved this new shower set! Came in really nice packaging and while our plumber installed it, he said it was very easy. It looks really sharp. Just know it doesn’t come with the overflow and drain piece. We didn’t think of that and had to run to the store to get it in order to complete the bath/shower install

The tub spout was plastic and did not use. Had to spend $$ on another one. Why would you sell a plastic spout and everything else was metal and made well? It negated the whole package. I could not send back as contractor had already installed the shower system before realizythe spout was plastic. I’m a DIY guy (built our house with no outside subs) and been around construction a while.Would not buy this again.Bought this to match our other brushed bronze hardware without destroying my bank account. Would possibly like it, but I didn’t notice when buying that the tub spout steps down to a 1/4 threaded inlet. Yeah for a tub. (?????) So of course, water pressure out of the tub is very low and slow. They do not provide the proprietary tapered candle fitting, and I had to buy two separate iron fittings for the rough in because there isn’t a 1/2 pex to 1/4 threaded fitting. Now I will forever worry about it leaking. The shower head is decent. I was excited as the parts felt pretty quality for the price.Maybe would buy just the shower head and valve, but not with the tub spout.

This product is underrated in the market. The quality is perfect. Water runs through the showerhead smoothly and the nuzzle on the shower head turns very smooth as well. It was easy to fix all pieces. Smooth black matte finish. Great packaging and price for all pieces together.

The shower head has excellent water pressure - one of the best shower heads I’ve used so far. The tap isn’t great - it rotates 90degrees and doesn’t allow the water to get hot enough. I wouldn’t recommend the tap, shower head is awesome though.

This is the first time i have purchased from amazon for this type of item rather then home depot or equivalent . So fed seems great, pretty comparable quality to the basic modelat home depot. I would purchase again

Certainly worth buying - I can't speak about the longevity of this item, but it looks and feels like good quality - certainly as good as anything I can find over at home depot or Canadian Tire, but for much less money.Highly recommended, though time will tell how this faucet set holds up on the long run.
