Seems like the imprints are convex and only the middle actually marks the metal. Softer metals like aluminum work okay with this, but the impressions are very deep. Any other harder metal and I have to either hammer waaay to hard, or more than once, tilting it until the image is complete. Of course this usually results in less-than-great impressions. Maybe it's supposed to be this way, I am new to metal stamping, but my other kits are not like this, sooo yeah. I will try again with this company because they have a great selection of different prints, but I just hope the others are not the same way.

Heavy duty and durable. A little awkward to use if you're not used to using round stamps, but that's nothing a little practice can't fix. Cute designs and sharp pictures!

Used these on a gold filled blank for a degree mark. Worked great. Don't know what the negative comments are about, but this worked fine for my purposes. Maybe if stamping on thick or heavy metal it would need more of a punch, but this is great for my jewelry making needs. Wish it had a box or pouch but the price was right so I won't whine. 😊

Great symbols for any stamper. Work great although only on easily bent metals. The details are so small that it's hard to pick up all of them on harder metals. Super cute!

Needed a small punch to add a degree symbol (15°) on wooden handle after a number. Smallest one works like a champ.

I was very disappointed with these stamps, especially since I was so sure that they would work great. The stamps are heavy duty and very thick, and the metal I tested these on was a fairly thin stainless steel dog tag. I have already stamped letters on the dog tags with metal stamping sets and the letters are a little smaller than these stamps. So when I tried these stamps on the dog tag and saw that the sun stamps were partially missing, the star didn't turn out well, and I only got 1 stamp of the moon to come out good. Whenever I stamp metal, I always stamp on a 4x4" stainless metal block so the surface under the blank is strong and smooth. This is why I was even more baffled that these stamps did not work well. When you look at the stamp ends, they appear to be cut well. I did not try them on aluminum and perhaps that would have worked better since aluminum is a softer metal. But the dog tags are what I planned to use these stamps for, and they do not work for this.

Works as expected

Really like them and they stamp very well and crisp.The only issue with stamps on a round post is that you can't tell the orientation of the stamp while holding itIt may be worth drawing on the top of the stamp or creating a small sticker so you know how the design will stamp based on how you are holding it

les punch vont mal....il faut stamper très fort pour obtenir un bon résultat.et souvent il y a une partie mal gravé.

They’re ok, they can be complicated to use because you need to apply quite a bit of even pressure for the design to show, but if you apply too much pressure the circle indentation shows. Takes some getting used to, to get a good clear imprint. Have been used for precious silver clay haven’t tried them with polymer clay yet
