Saw a chef use this (or similar) on Instagram. Many recipes call for “freshly shredded” so I ordered it. Now I’m wondering how and why I waited so long to discover and order.Lee Brothers pimiento cheese specifically says freshly grated. This clever machine makes it easy to shred. We also shred fresh other cheeses including pepper jack.

This was a bit awkward to put together but once I figured it out- it was great to use. Shreds a block of cheese with no problem. The second time I used it, I had a problem getting it to stick to my granite countertops but I was still able to use it. Maybe I need to wet it or something.Overall, I love it.

I wish it was dishwasher safe, but it works great.
