The light deserves 4-5 stars, the mounting system 0. The fact that an extra set of mounting stickers is included is a sign the first set will eventually fail and the light will come crashing down. Mine did. Luckily, it did not break. The light is bright without being harsh. No annoying LED dots are visible. Being rechargeable is also a great feature. However, unless you can mount this light on metal, you are in for trouble. The light is only magnetized on the ends, not all the way across, so the middle section of the metal mounting strip that comes with it is superfluous if you are mounting on wood. Hopefully I have solved the problem by purchasing 1x2-inch steel mending braces. I screwed the plates (2 per light) to the underside of the cabinets. (Position them so they will correspond with the magnetized areas at each end of the light.) Once installed, the light will snap very firmly to these steel plates and stay there. No destined-to-fail stickers needed. The manufacturer owes it to the consumer to include secure mounting plates.

I charged both lights to full when I unpackaged them. I placed them under the cabinets with motion sensitivity enabled. Both lights worked like a charm recognizing movement and lighting up.Then this morning, one of the lights fails to come on. One is working like normal now, but the other will not recognize motion no matter how close I am to the sensor. I recharged the faulty light to see if it was a power consumption problem, and it is not. Still fails to light up not matter how much motion there is.A few days later...I believe I understand why the motion control isn't working at certain times. I have these all placed in my kitchen. During the day when sunlight fills the room, the infrared motion sensors cannot pick up my movements since there might not be a change in the infrared spectrum. When the sun goes down, the motion sensors finally work as advertised.Perhaps this can be confirmed by someone else (or the manufacturer).

The media could not be loaded.  LOVE the lights. I bought the pack of 2. They come with 2 lights. 4 adhesive sticker sets with 4 stickers on each- so you have 16 double sided stickers to use. 2 charging cords. I feel that these are perfect for my wardrobe. I installed in less than 2 minutes. They also are charged and work right away. I will be using the coupon to buy more of these. They are perfect in size to fit ALMOST anywhere! I usually don't leave reviews because most products I buy preform as to their requirements but these lights are so awesome and I'm going to buy some more. I store my work equipment in the back of my car and the little trunk lite that comes with the car is crap. I got these lites and now it's no problem finding my stuff in the back of the car. they're brite, don't run off the car battery and so your not wondering if you turned them off or not and your not coming back to a car that isn't going to start. these are really so nice to have. thanks I love them.

Great idea but doesn’t work like promised. Received them yesterday, charged them, the off button works, also on button, the sensor one works when it wants to. At first wouldn’t activate ( fully charged ) then all of a sudden it worked, then no, then kept coming on and off and I wasn’t close. Today would not activate at all. On and off worked, battery was good but if you want or need that feature you get what you pay for. My under the cabinet lights are great and just needed this for a smaller section that I always work at..I just wish there was more pride and honesty and quality in the products. Glad it worked for some but not for me.

These lights are very thin (about 1/2 inch) so they can be placed anywhere you want without being in the way. They look nice when they're installed and installation is super easy with no tools needed. There is a large thin magnet already attached to the back of the light and another magnet the same size is included, along with several pieces of double sided tape. Simply click the two magnets together and then put tape on the top of the magnet. Once the tape is applied, stick the light wherever you want it.The light is very bright but doesn't need batteries so you'll save a lot of money over the long-run. When it's time to recharge the light carefully slide the two magnets apart to remove the light. Two USB charging cables are included but they're only 2 ft long, so you'll probably want to plug them into your computer. However, if you want to plug them into the wall you will need an adapter (not included).Another company's price on Amazon for this product is more but they are the same lights, so get them from this company and save money.

Great little lights, but they only stay on a few seconds, even with continued motion. If I want to use as a work light, I need to turn them on. Fact that they can be recharged with a USB charger and they can easier be removed and used in another location makes them desirable.

I love these lights!!! They are making my kitchen look gorgeous and very fancy. My friend send me a pair as a gift and I purchased another set to complete my under cabinet project. You can see how nice it looks now. The sensor is very sensitive so every time I go to the kitchen the lights start to illuminate while I am passing by. Was really easy to install and they come charged so you can try them right away. When you plug it in to the UBS cable to charge them the sensor turns red if needs to be charge and once is fully charge it turns green. They are super bright and the light is incredible. I really recommend to anybody these lights and am sure you will love them as I do.I will be buy another pair for my closet.

These are pretty good lights for inside closets. Bright enough for most purposes. Motion sensing is a bit hit & miss sometimes, but may be due to the variable Ambient light in my hallway.The bad thing is that for 1 of the 2 units, the fully charged battery only lasts about 7 days (counted about 30 on/off cycles), while the other one lasts well over 3 weeks.

La luz que emiten estas lámparas, es muy buena para alumbrar espacios no tan grandes por ejemplo de 7m2, el sensor de presencia es muy útil, sin embargo, si las ocupas constantemente tendrás que recargarla cada 4 días, aproximadamente.El tiempo de recarga es de 3 o 4 horas, al momento de recargarla tiene una luz que cambia de roja a verde en cuanto esta recargada. La luz que emite la lámpara es blanca por lo que ilumina mejor y las puedes estar moviendo a lugares imantados.

Okay, bought these for a small under-cabinet light - and also for the side wall of a dark pantry. Motion sensor has not failed yet. I was very skeptical about these. The light is more of a typical LED white light - rather than a soft or warm light - HOWEVER, these were fantastic detachable light sabers in a recent power outage! Saved me! I love how they can detach easily & be charged via USB - (which also means you could easily charge them in your car no problem). Like them!! Strong magnet and also like the feel of them!....nice & simple design....
