All arrived in great shape. I gave the items 5 stars because it's not the suppliers fault my pet rabbit only liked the apple sticks. She gave attention to the line cones,,, but only briefly then never again. The other items have never been touched and I will try again later sometime. But she loved the apple sticks and I recently ordered a 600 gram bag of various diameter sticks from Amazon. She will immediately chew the bark from them like nothing... But does level the inner sticks behind.

Good, except the hanging wood toy became dangerous after a few weeks. It's held on with a twisted wire string that began to fray. It became sharp to the touch. I cut the wire and used the wood pieces as individual toys.
