I bought it get a help get a head start on my New Year’s body goals. I’ve used it a couple times &’ I have to say , you will feel sore after use. It doesn’t hurt but it’s a vibration feeling on your tummy. I quite enjoyed it &’ it comes with a little baggie to put it away in, which is a plus. I’m so excited to use the arm ones!!

The product was actually good at causing muscle contractions and it has four different layers so it contact a larger surface area (and therefore number of abdominal muscles) than many of the other products I’ve tried.But it is very poorly made. The metal snap/ “button” that had to attach to the device was easily broken with minimal force trying to attach it to the abdominal part.The plastic of the device itself was thicker and should have lasted for awhile but it would not last more than a few months at most.

I'm a normal body male but patches are too small for me, may be they fit well just a petite female.Patches only stick on gel area that is much smaller than the whole.All that makes comfort pretty poor.Vibration intensity is good and program mix is enough, however there is no clue about programs characteristics.No way to tune program time.

Very easy to assemble. You will definitely need to lose so belly fat before using this machine so you will be able to feel the electrical stimulation. There are three EMS units that require 2 triple a batteries, 6 in total if you plan on using the ab and arm units at same time. My suggestion if you diet and exercise. This units could possibly be used to enhance the work your doing with your body, so give it a try.

So far I've had this for over almost 3 months, its ok. the jell like substances are definitely needing to be replaced, I really only use the ab one. I've used it almost everyday any only workout for a couple of minutes throughout the day if I feel like it. I cant say I've seen results and I cant say I haven't seen results. If I use it I normally wear it for about 15 - 30 minutes I have a high tolerance for it so its not that bad at times.

Hace lo que esperaba, recomiendo que empiecen con el más suave y van aumentando. Llegó hace poquito ya luego les diré sus efectos.

I did not like this product because it’s not as strong and durable as it should be. The instructions for how to use isn’t specific enough so I had to figure out how to adjust the strings myself and it took me a while. Also the two smaller ones that is for the waist or arms wouldn’t stick and kept falling off. The adhesive are not strong enough and neither is the EMS. Needless I’m going to return this product.

All you have to do is add the batteries and put it on it’s fairly easy to use... I’m trying to use it to help me get to my fitness goal!
