Wind chime was well packaged with customer satisfaction in mind. It unpacked easily with very little tangling of parts. The sounds it makes in the lightest of breezes is calming and soothing. I highly recommend this wind chime from this company.

Beautifully soft and pleasing tones
I didn’t want a loud or overpowering sound and this fits that objective, although sometimes it could be a little louder because it does seem to take a good breeze to get much out of it. One thing I did NOT like was that the strings were so tangled I thought I’d never get it straightened out to hang correctly. I considered returning it but I I finally conquered it. Not sure I’d buy this particular one again because of that.

Pretty but chimes don't make much music even when windy.
Love the fact it lights up at night and is very pretty but the chimesdon't make much of a sound .

Though it seems very delicate, All is Well!
Had concerns about the durability, but this Wind Chime sounds great and has held up fine in 20-40 MPH winds!It's been carefully tuned and musical enough to get me singing along.Beautiful!!! Hope I have not jinxed it now :>)
