we get them shipped to hawaii, so they are needed to be frozen upon arrival (except for the ones we have just after opening the box). I suggest letting them bake a little longer by a couple of minutes as the crust gets crispy but the inside is still soft. I don't really put anything on them, other than olive oil for baking, some times salt sometimes not. they are just really good all by themselves. Have ordered multiple times.

i sent these to my grandson for his birthday--i expected a polite thank you,as he loves soft pretzels but only ones you can order in a restaurant -he has always claimed you can't buy a good soft pretzel to eat at home--imagine my surprise when i received an email with pictures of him and my granddaughter eating the pretzels and smilingthe caption read--this is the first time i have ever tasted a pretzel you can heat and eat at home that tasted as good or better than what you buy in malls or restaurants--the salts were wonderful--

Saw these on GMA they looked delicious and figured part of OPRAH’s fav things so I figured oh hell yeah must be good!!!! Well I was sorely disappointed!! Do not buy these, they are not worth the money!! The photo on here is also misleading. The batch I received looks nothing like that photo!! AND you can’t even return them 😡😡 Gave it 2 stars instead of one only because the one they refer to as the topknot or is it the wheelhouse I don’t even know??? The package comes with pics of the items and instructions on how long to bake.. the basic pretzel shaped one was good but there were only 2 of those!! In the box there are several what they call the turnbuckle 😡😡 and that was not even that good very tough after warming!!

I got these to try because I saw they were a part of Oprah's favorite things. They are AMAZING! My kids (14 and 11yrs) loved them. We warmed some up each night and tried the different salts. We didn't go through all the salts so I plan to use those on popcorn or something else. But these pretzels taste fresh and homemade. You definitely have to heat them up though. I am buying another box for the holidays and plan to be a repeat customer!

Bake up perfectly, crisp on outside, soft on the inside, seasoning SO good.

I put mine in the freezer right away. Some condensation was in the bags. Later that evening warmed one up. Crisped up perfect. I believe it was possibly the best quality and outer crispness I've had in a pretzele. I used the salt that it came it. Dipped it in processed cheese. I will purchase again in the future.

Very tasty, perhaps a bit expensive however I gave it as a gift.

Not enough for the money and it took way too long to get pretzels. Increase size and speed up shipping
