I really got this for a friend who has high blood pressure, one of the things his doctor said is beneficial is to take Fish oil, and Garlic capsules. He burped the fish oil even if he froze it first, (his doctor recommended freezing it if burping was a problem)...Freezing did not help at all. He had to give it up and take Flax seed oil instead. And the same with the garlic capsules. I told him what I'd read about Kyolic and he said he'd try it and would I please get it for him to try. I did and he doesn't have to freeze it and it doesn't upset his stomach at all as the others did. We'll see if it helps his bp next Dr.s visit but it gets rave reviews at the Health food store......(I asked them first-it's cheaper on Amazon)....Service was great too. Fast and well-packed. Highly recommend seller and product.
