Great steamer! Very happy!
Does exactly what I needed it to do. I was extremely impressed. I had a cheap walmart fabric steamer, and that didn't perform anywhere near this steamer's performance. It does take about two minutes to output steam, but that's expected. My clothes are easily wrinkled out with this. Saved my butt a few times when preparing for interviews.I made the mistake on fill up to the fill line. Do NOT do that. Fill it just below the fill line. If you fill it up to the fill line, very hot water will come out. Anyways, overall, I am very happy! Thanks!

Does the job
I purchased this to replace an iron that was well past its expiration date. I use this steamer primarily for my work uniform... that is not supposed to be ironed. I have used the steamer about 6 times. This is the first steamer I have purchased. The steamer works well. Heats up fast and holds 8 ounces of water BEFORE reaching the max water fill line (2 measuring cups filled to 3 ounces and 1 cup filled to 2 ounces). I have not timed how long it lasts as I have never needed it beyond the time it takes to steam two dresses, but I would guess it lasts at least 15 minutes. Heats up fast, and is easy to fill with the included measuring cup. Usually when I am done steaming my two dresses there is still steam left for more before I turn it off.My only issue is that it tends to drip when I am steaming. I do not ever go above the fill line and I have always used distilled water. I hold the steamer in an upright position, but sometimes despite all precautions the steamer still tends to spit water or drip every once in a while. It is not a serious issue, as I do not have plans to return it, but it was noticeable enough to comment on it. This is my first steamer so I have nothing to compare it to, and it does do the job. It's easy to use and any drops it spills dry quickly so it is a pretty minor issue.

I am so glad I did not give up on a finding one ...
Bought a different one and sent it back before buying this, I am so glad I did not give up on a finding one that I love. Every other one I have tried has sputtered out hot water all over the place. This is wonderful it also has the benefit of being able to be plugged in and just turned on or off. It heats up quickly and and works amazing! Steam lasts for a good 10 minutes before having to refill. I can easily steam a pair of pants or skirt and a shirt with one fill.

Not that great compared to my old one
I bought this to replace my cheaper Joy Mangano My Little Steamer® Go Mini® Hand Steamer that died after 6 years. I wish i would have rebought My Little Steamer! This one is hard to fill (you have to have the stream on low), the top is hard to unscrew, it spatters almost every time, takes way longer to heat up, the steam is not as powerful, it is twice as big and heavy, the bag it comes in is hard to fit it as well. Since it is larger you do have to fill less so that is a slight advantage.

Terrible. Leaks water from the bottom
Terrible. Leaks water from the bottom. I bought this only because I knew I'd be traveling. Luckily, it performed it's task on my trip. Since coming home, it's leaking almost continually and rusty water from the bottom onto garments. This baffles me since the tank barely holds enough water for one outfit -how can there be standing water? Also, this "spits a lot.Totally substandard. Don't buy.

If you have an hour to spend this is fine.
Spend a little more and get a better steamer. Unless you have an hour to spend trying to get wrinkles out you are better off with an iron. Even when the water is filled below the line sometimes it boils over. Just buy a better one.

Works like a pro
Great steamer. I was a bit hesitant to order due to the size however this steamer works great. One thing to note is not to over fill it cause it will drip over and its hots water. I was able to steam 2 items and still had water in the container. Steamed items came out really well and next day I did thick curtains and wrinkles came out like a charm, defiantly would recommend for purchase. Great for traveling as well.

Great buy. Good for shirts and suit skirts etc
I like using this, instead of ironing. It heats up quickly and lasts long enough to steam my shirts and suit skirt. Just be sure not to fill over the water line, because it can spirt water if you do. Good buy for the money. This is actually my second one, because I left the last one at my previous roommates and it was cheap enough to just buy a new one.
