this lube makes sore nose instantly feel better and the spray gel gets to many places effortlessly. If you sniff it, it will help clean out sinuses. Wish I could figure out how to keep it from clogging when there's still gel inside.

Like many people, I get seasonal nosebleeds. I get frequent nosebleeds anyway (probably due to being a cpap user), but the winter is worse. The humidifier on my cpap and the one in my room just doesn't help enough. I've tried the stuff in the tube, but it just doesn't do it quite like the spray. I have been a fan of this product for years and purchase it on Amazon because it is no longer available locally. This helps in as little as 1-2 days in my experience. Very, very happy customer.

I'm really torn on this product. I really like the spray function compared to the gel where you manually apply. But man, I literally got 1 week out of this product. The amount doesn't justify the price in my opinion unfortunately.

I bought this for the colder months to prevent my sinuses from drying out. I like that it is soothing.
