The step is very sturdy, and Aesthetically very Pleasing which is why I chose it over the plastic models, it definitely looks nicer. My only complaint is that the wood on the top is very red, Much more red than it appears in the photographs, this means it does not go with all our surrounding wood. We will sand it and re-stain it, which is obviously a pain. But like I said it looks much nicer than the other options currently on the market. We chose not to use the feet, as we have it sitting on a wood platform and we did not want it to scratch the wood.

Functional and very sturdy. I used this to make access to my Saluspa easier. Great look but it seems a bit pricey to me for what you get. Simple metal frame covered in a plastic wicker with wood slats on top. I was thinking of ordering a second one but not at this price.

The media could not be loaded. there are five "feet" to attach. each have two screws. two feet are easy, with space to screw them in or use an electric driver. three are not easy to screw because there's barely any space and it's hard to see. you basically have to feel for the hex hole and there's only room for a small turn of the tool.the step feels overpriced to me, but it seems like the only options are cheaper plastic or expensive wood. this will work for now, but I'm skeptical it'll last more than a year.

Threads were all messed up and made it nearly impossible to screw in all the legs. Seems wobbly and uncertain to carry a grown person. I'd return it, but returns are a bigger pain than just dealing with a bad product.
