Q: The description says "Heating technology is carbon fibre" -below it says "Most heating jackets use carbon fibre, ours use Graphene" which is correct ?

Not sure but I have had this jacket for 2 years and love it great heat within a min of turning on still at hot now as when I first bought it

Q: My wife is only 5 ft tall and slim will this be to big for her?

The sizing is very small. I am a size 18 and needed an XXL, so one of the smaller sizes should be fine for your wife.

Q: What size for UK 14-16?

I don’t know if it fits I’ve brought it for an Xmas present my wife is normally. 14-16 and I’ve ordered XL as they run small

Q: can you buy additional battery packs, one one charge one in use, the add says 3.6v so i am weary of using a standard battery pack at 5v

Not looked into it yet but you would think there will be ones avaliable. The one that came last about 4 hours on full
