The callers are of good quality couverture chocolate. It has a grainy texture may be coz of unrefined natural sugar used as sweetner. The packaging too was good with proper care taken not to melt the callets. Surely going to buy this again.

One of the best kind of chocolate chips in India,best for cookies as they tend to hold up their shape even after they bake.All though I had ordered for pack of 2 400 gms but received pack of 2 200 gms ..Got it sorted with the seller and received a refund.

My search for couverture chocolate chips has finally ended! There are a lot of compound chocolate chip products online and offline but this one is the real deal. Actual dark chocolate without white sugar. Normally, I am not a fan of the bitter taste of dark chocolate but they taste amazing in chocolate chip cookies. These discs melt perfectly in the cookies and take it to a different level.The packaging has been the best I have seen so far out of a dozen+ chocolates I ordered online. Secured in a thermocol box with ice gel packs. Absolutely great value for money compared to dark chocolate bars. I hope they offer a larger quantity pack in the future. Have ordered 3 packets already!Minor gripes: The shape is not of classic chips but more like buttons/discs. Also, I wish they were a little thicker but the thinness makes them more versatile.

Doesn’t taste anything like good chocolate. It might have all natural ingredients which is why I bought it…to use in making hot chocolate….but it tastes like some horrible synthetic chocolate. Threw it away after one use. Don’t waste your money. Buy this other brand smoor. Actually tastes good. Very close to Belgian chocolate.

No hydrogenated fats, no palm oil and no processed sugar! After a lot of research, I found these to be the best in the market and especially at this price point. The vanilla flavour is quite strong and kind of overpowers the chocolate, so its better in recipes rather than just eating it.

If your looking for a lovely, rich, dark chocolate button this one is great! I am so happy that the ingredients are not fake or substitute but made from authentic and quality ingredients. My husband and I loved these and they are so far some of the best we've discovered available here in India. I know some reviews suggested disappointment on receiving melted chocolate but that should be nothing to stop you from trying them. The company does their best to prevent melting by including cold packs in your insulated parcel. However this is India and it is very warm at times so it is a bit unrealistic to expect that a chocolate item will always reach your house in perfect condition. One PKG I received was in perfect condition and another one was partially melted. But I imagine that to be more the fault of the delivery man than the company!Definitely give them a try!

Not sure if it’s the thin profile or the choco chip itself has less sugar than usual, but my chocolate chip cookies were not adequately sweet when I used the suggested 1 cup in the recipe. Love that it’s a clean product, but just something to be aware of while using in our baked goods.
