Works well, pretty much as expected. We have hard water, which can cause build up, and this does a very good job of removing it. The only drawback is that with a shower, with glass doors, it is awkward to position it be effective.

The brush end would not stay connected, I was replacing one I've had for a very long time, so I took the brush part from my old one and it connected right up with the new one, and it stays on there.

Is easy to use and light to work with.

It is a tad heavy, but you become accustom to holding it after a while. Rotation stopped after using for a bit, but after restarting each time it did the job.

The product was exactly as described. It is easy to use however not for deep cleaning. I will try it with a different cleaning agent.

I don't know how good this is. I didn't get the A/C adapter with it. I contacted the seller but after two weeks have heard nothing. If you believe in customer service do not buy from this company. I'd bet you won't get a response. It looks and feels rather flimsy but I have no idea how it runs.

It’s a good product, but the attachable heads keep falling off.

In my opinion, it’s not all that. It doesn’t retain soap so it’s hard to clean shower walls. It doesn’t really have much power and the extender is a little unstable. I was expecting a much better product
