I am very happy with the purchase. It has arrived very fast, well and nicely packed.The quality of the bands is very good, far better than what I expected for the price. They come in a nice black bag so you can keep them protected and be able to carry them easily everywhere you go. The seller also provides a belt/loop that can be used over the door or in any other way so you can have a vast range of exercises to choose from.Me and my partner have been using them every day for over two weeks now and we are very pleased to see that the latex is very resistant. At first sight we thought the bands will not resist much because they are thin, but we have been wrong, really impressed with the resistance. Acctually, the fact that they are so thin makes them easier to be used because they are very flexible and don't "get in the way" of any type of exercise. The bands are also very smooth and silky, protecting my skin from getting any burns of having any discomfort when used on bare skin. Great product

I purchased two sets of the resistant bands one for a friend as we are working out together online. I thought my set was faulty until I realised I didn't have much strength in my arms! After using them a couple of times a week I have been able to strengthen everything and move onto the next band which is brilliant. They are good quality and nice to workout with. Definitely recommend this product.

These are excellent. They come with full instructions on how to do all the exercises which are well illustrated. Don't worry they are easy but you will feel the pull but notice he benefit after only a few days. They come in three grades easy, medium and not so easy (to paraphrase) so your individual progress can be monitored. The resistance straps are sturdy and should last a long time. There is an attachment to fit them to a door handle so you can do exercises, some of them, from a sitting position.For the small price asked these are superb for someone wanting to tone up. Yes of course a little effort is required but that is what it is ll about isn't it?Highly recommended!!

The service from start to finish was great, the product was delivered on time and the quality is great. I have tried some other brands but OMORC is different in that it is much more robust and has a professional feel.

This is my first experience of using Resistance Bands for exercise purposes. These are simply, cheap and effective. Ideally they would have handles for a more secure grip. They could also be a little longer, for use by taller people. The quality is good. There is a convenient, strong storage pouch and an instruction booklet with 8 pages in English.

Disappointing as the bands are too short for an average height man to do floor exercises, and the doorstop looks like an acorn inside a cloth bag. Very small so not sure how safe it is using the heavy band with lots of stress on it.Having opened the package and tried them out not sure if I can return them.For men probably better to have longer bands with handles and a proper doorstop.Having said that the quality of the bands looks fine and should be ok for shorter people.

Best resistance bands that I've tried over the years. I was very impressed with the product. Different resistant strengths included depending on your needs. All supplied in a nice little black pouch with hanging loop. Everything was thought through with this product. The bands are of a good width which stop the bands from rolling up as you use them. Nice colours. Also love the information booklet which comes with them. Showing some exercises which I found very helpful. Speedy arrival.
