AudioQuest NRG Edison Duplex Wall Outlet 15-Amp

Incredible product! I have been using high end cables for decades, and I have enjoyed their benefits, albeit the changes are slight and subtle. That is, until I installed this product. The change was massive. If you cannot hear/see a difference after installing this product, it is only because you refuse to accept it. The change cannot be ignored. I am that serious! What it did for sound was to increase the sound stage so wide it will seem as though your speakers aren't working because is coming from everywhere. It also pulls out details in sound and music that might have been there before, but wasnt front and center.Video was a completely difference change. I am running QLED Samsung and the white level literally doubled. It was incredibly and overly bright that I had to turn it down. It also created such a deep black that you can tell that the black areas are "tv off" black. This black level allows for incredible detail and color saturation.NOTE: I am also using Audioquest's Powerquest 3 which is not only filtering the electric line, but is supply specific current to the TV and the receiver. With that said, the effects were similar with the Powerquest but was amplified by installing the NRG Edison.

Okay, I'll admit that I was skeptical about this purchase. However, the AQ NRG Edison Outlet (15A) is just fantastic! It immediately made the music clearer and more punchy. I also like that it grabs the A.C. plug very tightly. Be sure to use a wire-crimper to make a solid ground connection as explained in the installation instructions. Wire-crimpers can be purchased at Lowe's.

My system already sounds extraordinary, so there was no "massive expansion of the soundstage". lolIf you believe that good components make for a better signal that in turn makes for better AV Quality (there are those who think it's all science fiction), then this is for you.What I appreciate most is that this outlet will give your massively heavy audiophile power chords a good grip.

To remove the power cord I use both hands and both feet! Ha, I am joking. I noticed the bass guitar and kick drum gained definition and tightness. I would not want to go back to a standard outlet. Recommended.

Very good for audio video equipment

Excellent product. Well made, looks great. It's one component of a high quality home theater system. All my cables are Audioquest, everything plugged in to a Audioquest power conditioner. Looks and sounds fantastic. Would it be the same without the Edison outlet? Don't know, don't care. I'm happy with it.
