Milwaukee2753-22 M18 Fuel 1/4 Hex IMP Driver Kit with 2 Xc Bat

Everything about this tool is amazing. Only down side is it snaps all the 1/4" adapters I put in it. Not a fault of the tool as it is in the lower quality Milwaukee 1/4" adapters for using sockets. Before snapping the adaptors it was blasting off rusted suspension / control arm nuts like it was cake. Yes it has it limits and won't to everything but the spectrum of work that this driver can do is massive. From small delicate work, to wood work, to some tough mechanics work, this thing can handle it. The battery life seems endless compared to earlier models. It's small enough to get in small areas and packs a huge punch. I'll be sure to update my review in the long run but I can already tell this this is built strong and will last long.

I run a company erecting metal buildings. We run thousands of screws daily with these guns. Battery life is excellent and the durability on the driver and battery are top notch. One of the best screw guns you can buy.

Going from the Craftsman 19.2 to the Milwaukee M18 series, quite a difference in power and durability. Battery life is almost three times as long as the Craftsman. My son's excited cuz now he gets the old craftsman set as I'm buying more M18

Really powerful and long lasting battery. Wasn't aware the chuck was 1/4", was expecting 3/8" which all of my tool case consists of. Requires adaptors to use bits and drills which is a hasttle. Wish it came with 3/8 chuck.

BLUF: Don't buy, low quality.To be fair I was initially impressed with the tool. Powerful and compact it was what I needed when building a large pergola. However, the tool broke within 45 days of use (conveniently 15 days after return expired). While the bit will spin it no longer "impacts." I have to take it to a repair facility which is running 3 weeks behind to get it fixed. I spoke with the personnel at the repair facility and they said that this happens quite a bit. Apparently there is a part called the "anvil" which has ears; these ears break off quite frequently. If you expect to use an impact driver heavily avoid this brand as it has a known quality issue. After speaking with the tech at the repair facility he said that of DeWalt, Bosch, and Milwaukee he sees less repair/return on Bosch tools. So, take that for what its worth.

Very nice impact driver. Extra large batteries are a big +. Even though it's not specifically designed for it, I put a Milwaukee 1/2" socket adapter in the driver and hammered away on a couple stubborn bolts for a considerable time. Tool didn't even get warm and when I checked the charge level button on the battery, it still showed all four lights.My first Fuel tool but I don't think it will be the last.

Would this be a good tool for lugnuts and car related items ?

As a heavy truck mechanic, I use this impact driver daily. The battery life is better than expected and the power delivery is outstanding. The three levels of power makes it easy to remove stubborn fasteners without breaking them off.
