Great little book
Really great little book. Plenty of space to write your workouts and love the goal setting section.Highly recommend this for tracking progress in the gym.

Damaged!
Product good but packaging rubbish! I can't be bothered to return but it's very annoying that it wasn't packaged well enough to not get damaged!

Aorsom I would like another book
As a bodybuilder I need to be able to go back over my workouts on a regular basis to make sure that I'm going in the right direction this allows me to do just that with out having to trall thought piles of papper work looking for my last workout 👍

Does exactly as it says
Very good quality paper. Contains everything it says. I particularly like the number of goals that can be set in the book and the amount of tracking pages. The only thing I wish it had was a box for average and max heart rates in the cardio section.

I've had loads of log books but the paper is cheap and it gets messed up easily. This one, the paper is really good quality and the boxes are big enough to write in. I'll be buying another one once I've ran out of pages
