Works
This cheap siphon does the simple job of draining excess water out of planters that are too heavy to tilt. When you get too much rain and your giant potted plants are too heavy to tip to drain, this item works fine.

It does not work at all
I operated it as directed and it did absolutely nothing. I tried about 4 times, but it is totally useless.

Hole in the hose
There was a pinhole in the hose about 1/4 of the way up. I was asle to cut it down and use it as a shorter hose, but it should not come that way. And yes, the hose was in it's original container, not damaged in shipping.

Easy and cheap
This is very handy siphon to keep around for anyone working with liquids that may need small amounts siphoned occasionally without the expense of a battery-powered or heavier duty siphon.

Was not 10 feet long.
Maybe 4 to 5 feet long. Can not use this item.

Description somewhat misleading
The item is represented as high flow which leads you to believe the hose diameter is reasonably large. In reality it is about the size of your pinky finger. NOT high flow in my opinion. It works, but not quickly.

Arrived broken
The siphon tube was ripped loose from the siphon bulb.
