This device solves a problem for me
This is a well engineered item at an affordable price that solved a problem for me.I used a 'shaved' Nikon 10.5mm Fisheye with a Nikon FX DSLR to create 360° panoramas. When I 'upgraded' to a Nikon FX Mirrorless I also purchased an FTZ adaptor, but the technology was too clever and recognised the 10.5mm lens as a DX lens and switched the camera into DX (APS-C) format over which I had no control. This adapter enables me to use the 10.5mm lens in FX mode and the fact that there is no electrical connection between the body and the lens is not a problem as I always use it with Aperture Priority and focused at infinity.

Works well!
Arrived very quickly - ordered on Saturday night and arrived around 2pm on Sunday - so I could go out and try it with a new-to-me M42 mirror lens in the afternoon. Solidly built, works a treat.

Difficult to take on & off the camera
While it seemed very well made, this adapter was very difficult to get on and off the camera, so I suspect my copy was misaligned - either broken or defective. Either way that instilled zero confidence and I returned it.Another minor issue is the adapter was pretty short - infinity focus on my 50mm lens was achieved with the lens set to about 8m. That doesn't really matter with my 50mm, but will likely ruin the corner performance of a wide-angle lens with floating elements.

Ok
Bit wobbly when mounted despite all metal construction... meh

Feels premium, does exactly what it says on the tin.
Well-machined adapter that fits snugly and smoothly without too much friction against either the camera body (in this case a Nikon Z7ii) or either of the vintage OM lenses I’ve used. Both are short, prime lenses, so I can’t speak for the adapter using a longer telephoto for example, but the fit is snug enough that I’d be confident in assuming few if any issues with wobble. I’ve shot a substantial number of images now using both OM lenses in my collection, and have had no substantial issues with vignetting (beyond what one would naturally expect from fitting vintage lenses on a modern body) or glare, suggesting the anti-reflective design of the adapter’s interior is performing well.
