I wasn't sure when I first bought one of the 6 spool collections. However the colors were very pretty. Now I have both the dream collections and I love them! I'd be willing to deem these my most favorite thread for stitching.

Perfect for cross stitch and blackwork. Includes all blendables.Single strand is easier to stitch.

These are great and I have already used them in a cross stitch project.

I do a lot of wool appliqué and usually use 12Wt cotton to whip stitch everything down before doing the embellishments. The cost per spool in this set is much less than buying individual spools and the selection of colors is excellent. The plastic storage box arrived in perfect condition and has room for most of the spools I already have as well as the ones that came with it. This was recommended by another stitcher in one of my Facebook groups and I’m so glad I decided to buy it.

I enjoy doing cross stitch with this thread. One strand is equivalent of two dmc strands. I like the case they come in but the hinges could be better.

Thread is so expensive now. I have always love sulky thread. I bought a case at a sewing expo a few years back. It costs twice as much. The box is NOT completely full, so if you need to add thread, you can do so. Read the box closely, so you know exactly HOW many spools you will receive before purchasing.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is a lovely product. I purchased the first set. These are beautiful threads and glide through your fabric with ease. I have used them for both appliqué and embellishment on my wool work and for embroidery. I am looking forward to using them in my cross stitch as well. Each spool is labeled with the color number on the base. The box is very well designed and includes stickers that you can label with color number and adhere to the dividers next to each corresponding spool. Even the sticker comes off the box perfectly clean. This is a well made product! I am including a photo* which has the colors in this selection highlighted. There is a little number 2 that I wrote in next to six of the colors. These were spools that were duplicates of a six set of “popular” colors I bought a few years back. I've used this Sulky product, Valdani, & floss. While floss may be the cheapest way to go, I do like this product a lot. It doesn't feel as soft as Valdani, but it works great for your redwork type projects. I bought this kit so I don't have to keep shopping for colors that I need. There's a good selection with this Sulky collection. In fact there was another collection at Amazon which had more variegated threads so I bought both.
