Good value but not perfect
I’d buy them again because of price and the protection.Things I would change: Wish it had better thigh pads. It has straps to tighten up the legs, but they didn’t put the Velcro in the right place so you can’t really tighten them. The waist runs small, but the length is true to size. I used a sharpie pen to darken the white lines around the crotch which was very easy. I didn’t like that area standing out.But good abrasion protection, liked the way they looked and excellent price. I recommend them although I will need to fix some things. They keep me warm on cool days and provide good wind protection.

Still great after a year
I bought pants and the jacket a year ago and they are holding up quite well. No snags, no stitches coming loose, or any other problems. Very warm and windproof. I’ve only been through a light rain and they worked great. Can’t comment on how they’ll be in a huge downpour.

Good Pants for Me
I do like these pants due to pricing, style, color, reflect ability, durability, and how I feel protected in them. I got them a size up from what I would normally wear, but I have a very hard time zipping them still, pulling them up much farther on my hips than I normally would with pants. The foam inserts I feel could definitely be a little tougher, but I think they will help cushion a fall. When I go to my knees on concrete or the floor in general, it doesn't hurt, and I feel the cushioning, so thats nice. The material is very tough, I like that. The material has practically no stretch, so bending around is a lil tough, but doable. The high zipper helps keep my gut in though, and I've gotten plenty of compliments wearing them. I enjoy the large pockets on the side, and the velcro fo them is very strong, almost hard to undo, which keeps your valuables safe in there. There are zips to open that supposedly help with air flow. I drive a scooter so I don't know if it's just the way someone sits on a scooter that prevents air flow, or if they're too tight, or maybe they don't actually provide airflow. The reflection they provide is great, only way it would be better is if there was more.I haven't noticed any wear and tear on these at all yet, so even better there.I for sure wish that the liner was removable, because in this hot southern heat with high humidity, it's quite difficult to remove the pants. I HAVE to sit down to be able to push them down to my ankles to be able to remove because the liner sticks to my sweaty legs.Overall, I do really like the pants and I feel safe and secure. I've gotten compliments on them and it matches my other gear.

These Fit Well and are Durable
My waist around the belly-button is about 34" relaxed. however, I wear 32"/33" pants that fit well (even a tad loose). I read that these pants run 2 sizes too small, so I was leary about buying the 34" pants. However, I was able to wear these *over* heavy Carhart canvas work pants. It was a little snug in the waist and when lifting my leg over the motorcycle, but otherwise fine. If I just wear this by themselves or with a thin pair of running pants, they fit just right. The length is accurate. But, as others pointed out, if you don't want the pant leg riding up above your boots, then order 1"-2" longer than you'd normally wear. By doing so, the pants will be that much longer when walking/standing, but they won't ride up above the top of your boots while riding the motorcycle. It's not a concern form me -- I actually like that the pant legs ride up a bit because there's less risk of getting caught are pegs/etc., which can be dangerous.I wish it had a tailbone pad insert. But, I noticed that few if any motorcycle pants include this. I plan to ask a local seamstress to sew an insert pocket in the back so I can insert a tailbone pad.Overall, I'd buy these again -- and probably will so I have an extra pair.

Love them!
Great pants. They seem to be made very well. The pockets are great for easy access to phone etc.

Incredible value but....
They’re well made and fit well if ordered as to your usual size. Recommend you order longer than normal to allow for bend in knee and adequate length over boots when riding. Ample pockets. Air ventilation is quite small and only on the top of each thigh. Note: they are not waterproof. You will be wet after 20 minutes in a downpour. Given their price and the quality, you simply can’t go wrong in getting a pair.Update: 2023-04-09A tear in the single stitching in the groin area appeared after the fifth use of these pants. Upon close inspection, this area is held with only one stitch. Had to apply a glue in order to ensure that the tear wouldn't expand further. Dropped rating from 4 star to 3 star due to the evident poor stitching.

These are basically HWK pants with minor differences except the sizing / fit.
The labels for these pants on the left, HWK on the right. I started trying to get the HWK but they sent the wrong size. I was looking for 34 / 34 they sent 34 / 32. Fit was good before getting on my bike with the HWK but they are also long in the crotch. So getting on the bike the pant leg rode way up past my ankles / short Sedici boots so far I would have needed a 34 / 36. I Returned the 34 / 32 HWK and when I got back on the HWK store, the 34 / 34 was no longer an option - probably why they sent me a 34 / 32. I went with the Alpha first attempt 34 / 34 and they were too tight. Swapped out for the 36 / 34 and I'll stick with them. There are some comments that these fit small and I can vouch for that. They also ride a little higher in the crotch so when you get on the bike the pants rise are not as bad as the HWK's. The subtle difference in styling is very minor. The Alpha's have some more reflective tape, zippers on the bottom to make room for larger boots, the knee pads seem less restrictive in the seated position, and the waist zipper has a velcro seal. Other than that, same pants for about 10 bucks less. The quality, material, and stitching seems like they came from exactly the same factory.

Decent starter riding pants but will need to upgrade for serious riding
I got these for my 15 yr old son who started riding dirt bikes this year. They are decent starter pants but he laid over and fell on his bike in a large mud patch and the heat from the engine melted a hole right through these pants. You will definitely want to upgrade to something better but for his first few rides and learning around the property these did their job.
