Avoiding white sugar - stay away from bleaching
Fresh pack when opened has some caking (lumps) formed due to hygroscopicity of the fine powder. This needs to be tackled. More amount of this brown sugar is required compared to more crystalline brown sugar I had bought of the same company - Dhampure
