I'm actually a very light drinker and have been looking for bitters mainly to liven up the flavor of plain seltzer water. I've tried about 10 different varieties/brands of bitters before this one and the only one that stood out so far was Angostura bitters (even better with lime).The great things about this brand, unlike other bitters, is that the main flavor really comes through strong. Many other bitters taste strongly of the other spices, herbs, and other flavorings that are in it. That is sometimes advantageous for mixed drinks but doesn't work well with seltzer. Scrappy's does have some background notes but they are actually in the background.The grapefruit bitters is another level. It tastes nothing like any grapefruit flavored water you've ever had and that's a good thing. Such clean flavoring. Warning though.... you won't be able to drink canned grapefruit seltzer after having it. It makes the store-bought grapefruit seltzer taste unsophisticated and almost artificial. It's single-handedly responsible for increasing my water intake.Lime is also fantastic. I now much prefer it to the Simply Lime dehydrated lime packets I was using before.I'm not a huge lemon flavored seltzer fan, which is probably why I didn't love the Black Lemon flavor. The flavor is very lemon forward and is probably closest to and actual fresh squeezed fruit than the others.Orange was not very good at first but grew on me. It's more of a candied/marmalade flavor. I'll definitely try the Seville Orange soon as it is supposed to be more tart.I will update as I try new flavors.TLDR:---Ratings for Seltzer flavoring---Grapefruit: 10/10 !Lime: 8.5/10Orange: 6/10Black Lemon: 5.5/10

Don’t waste your money. This stuff can’t hold a candle to Fee Brothers grapefruit.

Was feeling a little precious for ordering these pricey bitters. However, totally worth it. Use this in Soda Stream water all the time for a little kick, especially with lemon for a citrus bomb. Has made a variety of cocktails more interesting.

We love this product in our sparkling water! Drinking too much La Croix and guilty about the expense and constant waste of aluminum? This is a great solution. Will reorder.

Refreshing surprising flavor of grapefruit bitters is delightful to add to sparkling water. Or everything — I’m addicted to the flaor!

Scrappys Bitters are fabulous. We also ordered the Cardamom Bitters, which are amazing. Even jus adding a splash to plain seltzer water over ice is refreshing!

I'm a return shopper and will continue to come back
