I think the bitter taste is from the almonds. If the company would roast the almonds before adding, I think it would remove the bitter taste. I won't be buying again until they do.

The packet states how good this is for children and the environment, which gives the strong impression that it is organic. It is not. So, with cereals and nuts which are not organic, it is very bad for children and the environment.
