Bought this frame for one of my greatest educational achievements. I am very happy with the quality and design of it. It seems very sturdy with a nice weight to it and feels like real wood. Has multiple tightening poarta in the back of it and multiple hanging options for either a portrait or vertical display.

I got the model that has the blue matting so that it would highlight the silver and gold text of a certificate I have.The finish is nice and I really like the contrast of the colors. On the back, you will find one of those alligator-tooth type hangers on the top and one on the long side as well. They are not exactly square with the frame, but the picture will hang like it should. The back also has one of those pull-out stands that is limited with a little tether band so the stand does not open too far which would let the picture fall. When using the frame on a wall, though, the tether hangs down and you need to tape it up or something so that it doesn't show. The back cardboard is held in place with bendable metal tabs that should last a few bendings back and forth before breaking off -- not an issue if you just frame an item and leave it alone.I am glad I paid a little extra for this frame. It really sets off the certificate I framed. I don't think I would have been as pleased with a more run of the mill frame that did not have a mat. The frame comes with a generic certificate that you could fill in and present to someone in case you don't have the ability of funding to have a separate certificate printed up.

I bought this as a graduation gift for my nephew. I’m glad I got this one. It is sturdy, there are 3 solid fittings to hang it on a wall on the back. There is a small gap, like a shadow box, so the tassel will be able to fit inside without becoming smooshed by the glass but not overly deep. It is a sharp looking frame with the wood having a cherry or mahogany finish in the front and then it slowly darkens to black on the sides...a very professional look.The only thing I could recommend was that they offer 2 versions, one with the navy blue and yellow mats which I received and black and yellow mats option for schools who’s colors would not look good with navy blue & yellow mats. Fortunately his school colors will look good with the navy & yellow.

I purchased this as a graduation gift. It is a nice quality frame and it was a gift that was quickly put to use. The graduate loved the idea of being able to display the diploma and tassels.

I finally found a frame with real glass! I wanted something beautiful and nice-looking, with real glass to display my diploma, and this met that criteria. The only thing I would have liked more was the frame itself to be made of wood (hence the 4 star review), instead of plastic. But honestly, if you don’t touch it, you really wouldn’t be able to tell. I love the colors and the fact that it’s REAL glass. I am saying that often because so many listings on here say it’s glass or similar but isn’t. This one is though. This is the perfect frame for a diploma, certificate or award. Looks fantastic with the wood frame & the green border. Presents a classic & timelessly elegant look.

Good quality frame. Would buy again. Disappointed I was sent the green mat colour although the box said it was the blue colour. So it was clearly boxed incorrectly. As it’s a gift I cannot return to get the correct colour.

The frame was beautiful, and the packaging was incredible, there was however a dent in the bottom of the base of the frame, not easily seen, as it sits on the desk, but the damage is seen while hanging on the wall.I chose not to return it, because it is beautiful, and the colours are perfect for my daughter's diploma.

Very nice frame, fair for the price. Unfortunately it wasn't the right size for my diploma, moved to return it a few days after receiving. Was very surprised to learn about the 20% re-stocking fee....completely different than my usual amazon experience.
