A colorful chuckle
I'm gonna be honest here and say I'm giving this 5 stars because it feels like a great gag gift. It's such an odd concept. A coloring book centered around yoga poses, but wait, also internal organs. I was bemused just a little bit more with every image I saw in it.The illustrations themselves are actually very good. This series of coloring books are great for learning purposes, even if this particular one is just a little bit on the silly side. I highly recommend anything this author/illustrator does.

Amazing!
If you are a yoga teacher or even an enthusiastic student, you will enjoy this book. I suggest coloring in the muscles affected by the asana in one color and the other parts in other colors. I love this book! A++I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Loaded with excellent Yoga poses for beginners.
Although this is a coloring book, it is designed to teach you the fifty-four Yoga poses for beginners and how those poses affect the anatomy. I have been a health enthusiast most of my life and think that this coloring book of Yoga poses is great for athletes and individuals that want to increase their overall health and their body's flexibility. I now practice some of the poses presented in this guide several times weekly.

Solid approach to Education
This is a book with very detailed information, including call-outs and the proper names of many tissues used to support the body in various Yoga poses (positions). It's probably most effective in teaching either anatomy or yoga itself. While it's not my thing, I recognize quality work, and if a reader is seeking perhaps a teaching aid, actually for any age, this would be a good bet. It is quite extensive and includes comprehensive illustrations.

Disappointing
It is presented in a most awkward format. Instead of having anatomical names with the picture, the names are on the back of the page: not good for beginners. Also I thought the various body parts would be color coded: muscles, red; bones yellow etc. They are not coded for ease of learning.

A great way to review Yoga poses AND Anatomy
Coloring is a great way to help yourself remember the anatomy you're studying. I thought that reviewing the muscles and other body parts made more sense as you can see them in action in the drawings. This book was packed with great illustrations and is a great aid to studying anatomy. And you can learn some new yoga poses while you're doing it! Fun concept.

Great book for Yoga beginners
As I age, I am constantly thinking about my health. I realize I am not flexible enough and I need more peace and mindfulness in my life with the craziness that is midlife. Also, my wife colors for relaxation and says I should try it, so here I am. This book ticks both boxes. Plus, it teaches you anatomy. Great book!
