I have been a prep chef and I have many super high end knives. I bought this for my RV, but after receiving it I sharpened it to a 17 degree edge and it sits next to a $200 plus Japanese chef knife in my Kitchen. Damn nice for the money.

The media could not be loaded.  Oh man I was skeptical about buying this knife, but nah it’s worth and I like the way it’s cuts and all. I work in a professional kitchen and this knife is fantastic! It has replaced 3 of my knives at work, and it is the first one I go to grab for majority of the jobs. The handle is very comfortable to hold and use. The edge holds incredibly well on it. The blade is long enough to get alot of work done, with it not being too long to be unwieldy. I would recommend this knife to anyone who is looking to get a knife for both home or professional settings.
