We started using this salt for cooking. It’s very nice to work with.

Said it was flake salt, well maybe mini flakes smaller than salt grains. Nice package, all fluff--no flakes. Very expensive.

I've bought this salt a few times and it's become my fave. I love the moist flake that are a wonderful finish to my course. But this last batch isn't flaky at all, but like regular refined table salt. Disappointed since it's a bit pricey

My teenage twins, husband, and I all like this salt. We cook together frequently and delight in creating new recipes. This salt is great for finishing touches. Yesterday I dipped slices of mandarin oranges in melted dark chocolate and then sprinked just a bit of this salt on top...partly for how it makes the dish look more special...and partly because salt seems to bring out the sweetness of chocolate. To me it was a simple, seemingly indulgent treat.The people at Wild Foods seem to really care about the purity of their products and their customers' satisfaction. I'll order again from them soon.

Well, I was almost out of salt and needed more salt. This is definitely salt. So, okay, truth in advertising, there. But, there is nothing impressive or superior about this salt, at all. The four ounce bag was a lot smaller than I'd envisioned and it doesn't taste, in any way, different from the plain old Diamond Crystal salt I grew up with.In no way, shape or form was this product worth the purchase price.It will salt my food, so I'm going to use it, but I won't be buying anything else from the company.

It would be a five, but it says flake, I think of finishing salt when I hear flake. This is just regular kosher salt. It's good for what it is. My least fav product in their line (I ADORE THIS BRAND). That's just because I'm a salt snob, this is JUST salt. Nothing special.

This is the perfect salt. Easy to use and delicious flavor. I have even given it as gifts to fellow foodies. Wild Foods is the BEST. I have used many of their products and they are all delicious. I have about 15 different kinds of salt in my kitchen.I love them all. I consider myself a little bit of a "salt snob", and I think these sea salt by Wild Foods are really great!I love the taste but overall, the texture is JUST right for me.I like the packaging and the zip bag is nice enough to keep the salt dry and air tight.Will buy again for sure next time! Awesome!
