Tasty pieces of pork. perfect for a quick meal . Fresh enough out of the carton and seem to get a lot for the money .No fat on mine and seemed like good quality meat

Its ok for stir frys and some stews we make.Its not greasy ,not difficult to chop and pretty good overall.My only complaint is that it doesnt last long even in the fridge.

Bit pointless if you have to chop it up yourself!
So if like me, you shamefully buy this to avoid the minimal effort of chopping it up yourself, you may be disappointed. Buy this regularly and quite often have to get it all out of the pack and cut it into smaller pieces myself as theyre either all connected still, or are just massive chunks that defeat the purpose of buying it pre-diced! Level of fat varies per pack but isnt usually that bad.Other than that, its Pork. Tasty enough and worked well in the recipes i needed it for.
