Poor quality and terrible customer service. Broke within 6months of ownership and 3months of use. Refused refund unless we still had the original boxes!!3 huge boxes!! Who keeps those?!Really flimsy welding and not fit for purpose. Only used by my 14yr old daughter who is neither exceptionally strong or heavy yet company said it must be "user error"!
