MYNT E - Thing Finder, Item Location Recorder, Find Things Quickly - Marble

I have adhd which causes me to lose a lot of things despite my best efforts and concentration. I wanted to love these since they are cheaper than Tile, conveniently come in a 4 pack and have replaceable batteries. However, all of them stopped working. They all show lots of battery left but my phone cannot connect with them and find them. The buttons have also never worked as remote shutters nor can I use the feature to press the button and ring my phone.While it’s not a big deal that MYNT only works with a mobile app, it’s an added inconvenience on top of the above if you don’t have your phone right by you or you’ve lost that.

I am a pretty organized person, but there has been a few times when my tracker has came in handy when I am in a rush. It was easy to install on the app so I have only good things to say about that. I also like that the item is relatively small and light, allowing me to attach it to my keychain with my keys. This helps me even more because I know exactly where my keys are at all times. The range on the tracker isn’t too far, but I still find it very useful

Previously had the Tile and hated the fact that I had to replace the whole device instead of the battery. With the Mynt, the battery can be easily changed. The sound is much nicer and loud to listen to when looking for keys. It did take some time to initially set up but it works well.

You could barely hear the sound when the device is placed inside a luggage or purse. You practically have to place your ear close to your luggage or purse in order to hear it !If installed along with the key chain, it works just fine. So, no issues in an open space with regards to sound, but still faint. As far as tracking it,...Good luck to you! IT IS NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. Returned mine in couple of days after date purchased. It's too bad. I really like the idea of tracking my luggage but this product needs more improvement.

These released before apple even uttered the word "airtag". The only real competitor at the time was Tile and since these did exactly the same thing for like half the cost these were a no brainer. But now in 2023 thats no longer the case. Airtags and Samsung smart tags exists and quite frankly those products slap these around like they owe Apple and Samsung money. While these are an option i can't imagine recommending them when better alternatives are readily available.
