Cat Collar, Rubber Duckies

My cat looks adorable and this is a life saver since he suddenly decided after years, normal and bell collars are evil and the enemy. I did immediately take out the gromet with just my fingernails since I've been super anxious about the bad reviews. Instead, we've had a lot of success with a velcro silent tag since he decided normal tags were also evil and the enemy.I'd also recommend finding a safe fit- these don't need to be as tight I think, and I keep his a little loose and have been checking, at least 2 finger wiggle room.Overall, it's adorable and a savior, only downside is that it's been less than a month and I'm not sure it'll even last 6 months. Kinda fraying already. That and I had to take out the metal grommet by hand which may be part of why it's irritating/harming the neck of some kitties on here. It'd be nice if it was optional/a not metal grommet version. Happy I bought this, I do love it, but I'm not sure how long I'll stay with it if the collars deteriorate before a couple mos.

This seemed perfect for a cat who is sensitive to heavier collars or those who have tiny necks too small to fit most altogether. I like how the size can be adjusted because it’s Velcro on a material that I’d say looks & feels similar to what a wetsuit is made of. You just snip the extra length off with scissors. The problem I had, though, was that the lining on the outside (with the cute little duck print on it) came apart from the collar itself. I’ll have to try to see if my glue gun can fix it. Otherwise it’s going in the trash. ☹️

my cat loves her beastie bands! they are so comfortable for her and I recommend to anybody tired of regular break away collars and looking for something more comfortable!

My cat has lost no less than 20 collars. I keep replacing them because he is a hunter and the bell on the collar gives animals advance warning.I cut the loose part of the collar off for a perfect fit.

Spent a lot of time looking for a good collar to start using on my small, three month old kittens. I wasn’t comfortable with a lot of the breakaway collars out there because the kittens were so little. The Velcro on these is sturdy enough to withstand scratching but has more give than the plastic buckles on most breakaway collars. And they can be sized to even small necks since you can close the Velcro anywhere along the collar and just trim off the extra. (Incidentally, the kittens decided the trimmed off pieces made great toys!)

Other beastie collars state in title that colors will vary. This is not in this collars description but is stated far farther down in listing. Disappointed that it is red. Crappy that you can’t pick color.Cat had a blue one for two years but end of collar lifted up And collected hair. product does not last super long but only collar I’ve been able to keep on her. She’s an escape artist for these things.

These Velcro collars last years. They are attractive and safe for your cats

I love these collars! They stay on great, and I know that they would stretch and allow my cat to free herself should she ever get stuck somewhere. They do not seem to hold up quite as well as they used to. Her last one lasted 3ish years but this latest looks frayed after only 6 months.
