Easy To Learn With Many Variable Options To Victory
This is a wonderful "little" game. I say "little" in the context in that it is enjoyable strategy game which does not overstay its time on the table, but has enough strategic decisions to keep the game interesting and thought-provoking for its play length.First, the rule book is quite clear and it's easy to learn and to teach to both young and adult players. Second, the components are very nice and I especially like the indented player boards which keep the games pieces in their places. Third, there is a wide variety of game mechanics in the game which mesh together wonderfully while not being overwhelming to the player.All together a top-notch game which can be enjoyed by young players as well as veteran game players. (HABA releases a lot of games for very, very young players. If the company continues to release games of this caliber then I will be watching what else they have coming down the pike for the more "grown-up" player.)

There are a lot of moving parts to this game. However, it’s not super hard to pick up. Just follow the directions and go through with the players. Four years ago while visiting a friend, we played this game, and I finally purchased it to play with my family and friends. It is a longer game to complete however, everyone did enjoy playing.
