This is the best razor I have used

The kit comes with depilatory gel, razor and 4 refills.The razor is slightly heavier than the disposable razors that are generally found in the supermarket. It has an anti-slip handle, but also a lint catcher, I'd say.I have always done hair removal in the shower using only the shower gel and I was wondering what was the use of a gel-foam. I thought it was useless, but no. The gel in the application becomes a white soft foam. In shaving I knew exactly where I had gone or not and the result was an impeccable depilation.The razor is also different from my usual cheap disposable razors. With the ones I used if, for example, I passed on the knee I always risked a cut. This razor, on the other hand, perfectly follows all curves avoiding cuts.The razor and the refills arrive separate, the assembly is really easy, just place the razor on the head and push lightly. Job done.The price is really high, despite the excellent quality. It was certainly created (considering it is from Gilette) to last a long time so you can amortize the price compared to buying many cheap razors that do not last long. So, after a bit of hesitation, I'd say it's worth it.

Summer is in insight so here comes the fake tan, as I can’t see going on holiday in the sun being a option this year.This is a lovely starter shaving kit comes with a razor handle, 4 refill blades with lubricated strips and a shaving gel all in a lovely teal colour.Retail price of £17.00 which is really good as this will last a while so worth the retail price.The non slip grip handle is prefect, comfortable to used, leaves your legs feeling fresh and smooth, easy to use, easy to clean and 100% reusable.I have not actually saw these in shops yet but sure they will get them real soon, I did find the handle a little lightweight but apart from that I would definitely use these again.

I like everything about this set - except the price! I know you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t expect anything but good quality from Gillette, but I do think this set is expensive!The set contains a razor handle, cartridge with 4 blades and a tin of shaving gel which to be fair does come nicely boxed!The handle is fantastic, it feels great and has a good grip for shaving in the shower - thought has been put it into this handle, it’s not the plastic kind that’ll easily slip out of your hand when it gets wet, it’s a soft ‘squidgy’ kind - sorry I don’t know how else to describe it!The blades are in a cartridge it’s easy to pick them out with the handle and they’re brilliant! I’ve used them to shave my legs and underarms and they’re still sharp enough to keep on going! There’s a smooth feel to them when you’re shaving and a nice quick one way action - no need to go over the same spot twice! They’re a stunning close shave. The gel is equally as good, a little bit goes a long way and smells really really nice.With so many competitors selling disposable razors I guess Gillette needed to come up with a product that people would keep returning to, in the past I’ve bought the more expensive razors only to buy something different when the blades needed replacing - because they’re so expensive - but I can see the difference with these and yes I would buy these again.

My wife has been using this for the last month and really likes it. She’s used to different types of shavers for her legs so was a little apprehensive about how this one would shave. They shave very well and the lubricating strip makes it effortless and doesn’t pull at all. The handle it nice and light yet solid feeling and gives the blades plenty of movement on your skin. I ran out of blades this month so I tried out one of these blades on my usual shaver and it worked great and gave a nice clean shave without any irritation! My wife was not happy that I used up one of her blades mind you LOL. The gel foam is great as well and a little goes a long way. It also smells nice.This is really a good set for the price.

This Gillette Sunny razor / shaving kit comes really well presented in a nice purple gift box. The set comprises of a razor handle in a teal colour, cucumber aloe shaving gel and a pack of 4 razor blades.The razor is comfortable to handle, the blades are easy to put on and take off. They have 5 blades and shave really well, and close. The shaving gel smells really good and produces a nice lather. I must admit I don’t normally use a separate shaving gel, I normally use a shower mousse, but have been impressed with this gel so far. I do think that there is a little too much packaging with this set. It looks nice but buying a shaving set for someone as a present isn’t something I would do and so the amount of packaging is really wasted. A nice little set though and I am pleased with it.

good product , good shave

After reading lots of good reviews everywhere on these razors I thought I'd give them a go and I hate it! The shave gel is just basic not sure why everyone is obsessed with the smell and no matter how much or how little I put on I could feel the blades scraping against my skin which was very uncomfortable and my legs are now covered in spots they feel like cheap disposable razors and I won't be buying them again.
