Americolor Soft Gel Paste Food Color 0.75 Ounce, Mint Green

Love the easy of "squirting" color into my frosting instead of having to use something to get the color out like some of the of the other gel paste brands. The color to me was a little darker than a mint green but that could be because I used too much.

Good coloring. Much better than Wilton and the squeeze bottles are easy to use and cause less mess.

This is way better than the liquid food colors from the supermarket. True vibrant colors and easy to use. I always worry about a mess that can't be cleaned up, but the squeeze top makes it super easy keep it where its supposed to go.

You just can't beat the pigment of these dyes. You don't need a whole bottle of red to color 5 lbs of fondant as you do in Wilton's food colors. Superior product by far!

These gel colors are so beautiful. I love how saturated they are. A little goes a very long way. Now that I’ve used them quite a bit I feel I can better predict how much to start with. I took off a star because the mint green looked more like a kelly green. I had to add blue to get a true mint color.
