Make known in a clear way that you are open for business and ready to accept their legal tender in exchange for goods and/ or services. By owning this "open" marquee, you are stating that you are just a little bit more classy then your competitor that decided to only have a neon open sign. And everyone likes somebody that keeps it classy. Or maybe you are wanting this marquee to hang in a place of meeting, where deeper minds are "open" to new ideas and abstract discussions. Or perhaps you work in construction, and you are trying to find a fun way to warn pedestrians that there is an open trench in their vicinity.
