The most used Milwaukee battery tool I own
This is hands my most used Milwaukee tool, most used of any tool actually. The size, power, lightweight, chuck, light and adjustable mechanical clutch are superb! I really like the M12 size and that convinced to get the 3/8” ratchet, 1/2” drill and multitool. I like how the chuck instantly accepts a bit using one hand, no tugging the collar to get the bit installed. I am an electrician and find it my most used battery tool. I also purchased the drill bits that all fit this chuck, highly recommended.

M12 drill/driver
Great tool. Replacing 9 year old drill/driver. Use it every day, all day. Only issue with new drill is battery is hard to install and cannot pull back out. Broke top off one battery trying to pull back out. Had to loosen screws in handle area to get battery out. Otherwise, Milwaukee tools will get the job done.

The bad reviews?
I own 2 of these, use them every day all day on 2 cnc machines changing inserts. Plan to buy 2 more. I do not understand the negative reviews but people are entitled to their opinions. As long as you understand this is not for lug nuts and lag bolts you'll want another one the second you get it. You can fine tune your torque very easily so you don't snap off smaller bolt heads or strip anything out. This gun is flawless and couldn't get more ergonomic. I've put a 14mm hex on to tighten my jaws with it, etc. I still have not gone past 14 with torque. REDICULUS amounts of power for a tool designed to replace a screw driver. Only thing I could understand people rating this low is the price. I can only assume what people are trying to do with these after they buy them. But, this tool is as high of quality as it gets.

I own this and use - but it is pricey
I did not buy this from Amazon, but I own one of these and like it. Plan to buy a second, but it is pricey and limited use. If you need it it is fine, but I use an impact wrench alot to do the same thing and the Milwaukee M12 impact (at several levels - Brushed and Brushless (FLEX), 3 speed and 4 speed) are cheaper. It does come in handy though sometimes when I do not want to use my Milwaukee 1/4" hex Screwdriver or my impact.
