It was easy to setup! I am not pleased with this purchase! This laptop is not a month old and the screen suddenly went black! Will not come on! I want a refund!

This is a great computer for the price. I bought to use for school, and it’s perfect. I also have been letting my 9 year old use it since it wasn’t very expensive. It’s fast and reliable.

An amazing gift on a bugdet

I have ordered these computers for about 3 years. So far, about 200 of them. This last batch comes with Office 365, but if you accept OR refuse it, the computer hangs and will not finish the install. Windows SUCKS!! I have to download a system image from HP and reinstall the entire OS on EVERY ONE of them. That means disabling the root protection and that is a pain in the @@@ !! Love the laptops. very reliable, tough. rarely get one that quits. I use them for the med carts in assisted living facilities so I know they are tough. Shame Microsoft screwed these up. If you don't know how to reimage, DO NOT BUY these. You will have to send them back.

This laptop is everything , I got the value for my money , the key board is awesome as well as the touch screen quality. Was delivered on time !

I bought 2 of these for my children and they're both missing the memory card that was supposed to come with them.

I purchased this HP laptop for my wife's birthday. Needless to say, she was pleased with the compact size and the silver color.She doesn't know much about laptop and their specs, but since I am an IT Specialist, she doesn't need to.I am really pleased with this purchase.

It would be an absolutely fantastic computer if it would stay connected to the Internet.
