Steel Tail Stripper

Quite possibly the best tail stripper ever constructed. This is the most heavy duty, buy one and the next 10 generations will still be using it tool on the market. If you ever have to buy a replacement it would have to be because you misplaced it. Seriously. Nuclear holocaust scenario. The only things to survive would be cochroaches and this tail stripper.

Well built. If anything could fail it would have to be the metal that holds both halves together. I don't expect any trouble though. To be safe i rubbed coconut oil on the whole thing to help keep it from rusting. I figure if any rubs off it won't be much compared to the nature fat in the animal hide which i have to wash out any how. Very happy should work great. The two pieces line up perfectly to make the 3 circles. If i experience any trouble i will up date.

I read so many reviews on so many products. This particular tail stripper made the most sense and I am a huge fan os spending $$ once. Works fantastic and I have Zero negative things to say. Heavy duty and I doubt it will break any time soon. So glad a steered away from the plastic model with only 2 holes

Looks of very good quality. I opted for the stronger, heavier and more expensive one. You know, "you get what you pay for". Although I have yet to use it, I am sure it will give me many years of service. Heavy duty.Definitely I would recommend it.

This is incredible, if your a fur handler , this is a must. No more ruining the skinning out of a tail. It takes seconds compared to ALOT longer if you skin out the whole tail

I am just getting started with tanning hides. I have used the stripper once on a raccoon and it worked surprisingly well. This was the very first hide I have done all on my own.

This is a good stripper but when you say New I expected New. Stripper was received sopped in WD-40 and there is dryed fat and blood all around the pin and in the pinch points!
