The only hard part about replacing the laptop battery is getting the 6 screws out on the backplate -- particularly the 2 non-phillips head screws. The actual battery replacement is simple -- just be careful taking out the old battery connector (a small flat blade screwdriver helps) and putting in the new one. The battery works exactly like the original although the charge doesn't last as long. I'm totally satified.

I was looking online for help with the battery for my HP Spectre 360 laptop that was bulging and warping the back cover of my HP Spectre 360 laptop (was about 5 years old). In the online complaints of HP users with the exact same issue (with no help from HP as it really should be a recall), a link to this company's replacement Li Ion battery for my laptop was given. I read the reviews (which were great) and ordered one. It came as promised within 2 days, and included the needed screw drivers for those that did not have any! I had spent $50 on a kit of laptop/pc repair tools and would not have needed them (even though the tool kit was also excellent and I am keeping that as well). Don't hesitate to buy this product.

Battery works fine and installs easily on my HP Spectre x360 15. The only problem is that at startup you receive this “non-HP battery detected” error. Error screen always comes on at start-up. I have researched ways to by-pass this screen, but there seems to be nothing that works (updated the bios, uninstalled driver, etc nothing fixes it).

product came fast and as shown in the picture.it works for hp spectre x360 convertible model 15-ch011nr.just make sure to check the screw parts when buying these parts since some will have different shapes.also it will say wrong battery but that is what it is suppose to be since hp dont sell the batter itself so anywhere else wouldnt be the same from the factory batter.

The battery died in less than 6 months of use. The laptop is always connected to its AC adapter, so the battery is actually rarely used. Now, I cannot disconnect the laptop from power as the battery wont hold even for a second.Edit. The seller refund me the cost of the battery. I am giving additional stars for their customer service.

I bought 2 batteries from different store, and their quality are really bad (Max charging 90%, Power not stable). So I decided to buy in this store and it is doing great job so far. I felt that the battery will be running low fast at 2-3 first times charing, but after that It will be better (40% more I guess)

Installed and fit fine. HP diagnostic battery test. FAILED. Also no battery icon in the task bar. Worthless.

It’s a perfect fit for my 2018 hp spectre x360 and looks exactly like the original battery. It comes with magnetized tools to open your computer and install the new battery. It works great so far and there were no error messages. Hopefully it will last a while
