Q: Does this replace Atwood 80687 swing out as it’s discounted?

This is not a bracket, it is drill bit to replace the handle so you don't have to manually crank up or down

My Reico-Titan posts have a "nub" on the post that is engaged by the adaptor. A socket might work if you were able to grind a slit in the socket so it would engage the 'nub" on the post. I've done that for my trailer stabilizer jacks and it isn't all that hard with a grinder.

Don't know. But the dimensions of the socket are, 7/8in inside diameter socket, 1/2in deep T slot, 1-3/8in deep socket... Scissor Jack sockets for sale at Wally World, but probably not what you want.

Q: Will this work with a standard landscape trailer jack

Not sure what you mean by landscape jack. I have Rieco Titan 2000 lb jacks. The crank shaft is 7/8 diameter by 1.50 long. The cross pin is about 1 3/16 diameter about .75 from the end of the shaft. The adapter fits perfectly.
