Handmade box as advertised was not included. It is delivered in a normal box which is not at all presentable.

The large black spots on the necklace makes it look like ugly, I want to return the product

False advertising. They show a different kind of packaging ang color of the product and send another. Also there is a huge visible gap between both the sunflower pieces when closed. I gave them a benefit of doubt and asked for a replacement. The next product that came was even worse. Utter waste of time.

Just what I was looking for to give as a keepsake for somebody whose fav song is "You are the Sunshine of My Life"

She loved it but sat crying the first day because it fell apart 😞The company Was kind enough to see my review and email me an offer to refund my money. that is very good business practice. I do understand that sometimes there are faulty products but they willing to make it right without me even returning it
