I seldom need waxing strips, but these strips are very handy to have on hand to use in one's home.

I have tried a few different types of wax for at home waxing, and these have worked the best and been the least painful for me. Usually I cut them in half horizontally and then use them for my armpits. I have only ever tried these on armpits, so I can’t speak for use anywhere else. They are pretty sticky, but I just used the soothing spray after and it gets rid of all residue and helps to calm my skin! I have bought probably over 3 boxes of these now and will continue to use. They don’t get all of my hair, maybe 90%, but that could also be user error.

We have been using these for many many years still work very well. They’re the largest ones we have found.

I read a lot of reviews about this product and I was hopeful, but definitely not worth the money. I wanted to use it on my armpits and I followed directions and even tried the hairdryer trick but not a single hair came out. UGH. I tried a strip on my legs and it got SOME hairs off but I would've had to use the entire box of wax strips to get all the hair off just one leg. I'm not a very hair person.. Also, on the box it says it comes with 16 strips but I received 10? i dont even want to try and use the rest of the strips because it just left all the wax on my skin without taking off any of my hairs.

I have been using this product for years and have loved them and recommended them - the last 2 packages I’ve received have been very sticky on the outside and difficult to use. Not sure what changed!!

This product works. Easy, pretty gentle, totally mess free. Kudos to the Amazon commenter who recommended using a hairdryer to warm the strips up; that really worked for me. The strips in sets of two, facing each other; you have to warm them up to pull them a part. It's not hard, but be careful the strip you're not using doesn't curl up and get stuck to itself. Make sure you have a place to set it.Also, while the instructions say you can use one strip more than once, you really get the most hair out on the first pass. So start with a new strip on hard-to-reach or extra stubborn areas for best results. I used subsequent passes with the same strip to clean up patches on my feet (I'm a Hobbit), or behind my knees. Overall, I was impressed with how easy this was. It seemed less painful than a salon wax. The azulene oil calms that itchy, sensitive, post-wax feeling almost instantly.

These were the first wax strips I have ever tried. I should also mention this is the first time I have waxed all together. I tried the strips first on my arms, and everything went really well! All the hair came off and it wasn't painful at all. Since I had such a good experience on my arms I thought I would try my legs. It did not work as well on my leg hair. I am guessing because it is coarser than my arm hair. It was also excruciatingly painful. I am not sure why I had such a different experience with my legs but I will not be using this product again for my legs. I would, however, recommend it for lighter hair - such as arm hair. Overall I was very happy with this purchase.

Found these in a Whole Foods once and then cheaper on Amazon, so been buying here since. If you have sensitive skin that breaks out easily, try the one for sensitive skin- I use that for face. If you wax both arms and legs, get the 40pk. It's about a dollar more and double the strips.For those having trouble removing hair with these strips- I'm wondering if they were sweaty. Or if they made SURE to press strip down well in direction of hair growth, 2-3 times and pull AGAINST hair growth. Unfortunately when we shave, we sometimes go any which way in hard to reach places- and then hair grows haphazardly. I was in the spa industry for years, and honestly find these the most comfortable option.1) no hot wax burning my skin2) no incompetent technician pulling my skin off by going over the same place repeatedly3) I can use these at a time convenient to me rather than look for available appointments.4) no lying on questionable sheets if you go to a cheap place and no $200 price tag if going to a high- end spa5) can take to a vacation
