I didn't check the length and it's only 12 inches which leaves 2-3 inches uncovered up to where the splice starts. If there's a longer version, go for that because this is too short.

12" long protector is not long enough to protect the face of the bat - you need 14" minimum (Kookaburra is 14" long) - although they do say it is 12" long you assume it is sufficient - it is not - feel conned......
