I saw this amazing rectangular fruit tart on Pinterest & I knew I had to get a pan to make a tart that looked like that one.It's a perfect size rectangle tart pan. It's dark coated, non-stick with crimped edges & a removable bottom, which makes it easy to take the tart out & serve.I have a round tart pan that is not non-stick & it's really hard to get the desserts out. So, this is will save you time in the kitchen from scrubbing and scraping baked pastry from the pan.It makes beautiful tarts. I've used it several times now. I highly recommend.

I am from Canada and I know Paderno. It is a reliably made Canadian company that makes bakeware, I think the only Canadian company that does so. It is not particularly "high end" or fancy, but is always made with thick gauge metal, doesn't warp in the oven and lasts forever. I just received this, and it may be just fine, but it is NOT PADERNO. The label on it says it is Gobel, made in France. I immediately noticed the thinner than expected metal of the tart pan ( maybe that is a special quality of all tart pans, I am not sure) and wondered if I'd been sent the wrong item. When I went Paderno World Cuisine, the tart pan is different than the one I received - with a thicker lip on the edge of the fluting. Overall, I am disappointed that this is not what I was expecting - although it is nice still, and probably will function appropriately for my needs, but I am not sure that it will stand the test of time like my previously purchased Paderno items. The pictures show what I received, with a label, and a real Paderno tart pan - thicker edges which are fully coated with non- stick.

Well made pan, and it really is non-stick, too. Rectangular shape makes for elegant looking tarts with sliced and overlapping fruit. Moreover, every piece gets a nice single or double rim of fluted crust, depending on how you slice it. If you do the math, you'll find that the area of this pan is a tad less than a 9" standard round tart pan, so recipes calling for 9" pan wil fit. If recipe calls for 10" pan, though, you'll have some overage. I'd like it if they made a deeper version of this which would be great for hearty quiches.

Very small- not worth the money

I ordered this with expedited shipping in order to make a dessert for Thanksgiving. The package arrived on time but it was an empty box with the invoice! Amazon was prompt about issuing a credit but it shook my confidence in the security of this kind of order! The product however was excellent.

Love, love, love. The size is perfect. Non stick and easy to clean as well.

Perfect pan. Has worked well and I can stick it in the dishwasher!

I have not used it yet, but I believe it will work well. it is not a heavy metal which may cause a problem at a high oven temperature.
