OK- I wanted to try this for years, but was hesitant because of the cost. Let me say this was worth every penny!! It was beyond delicious, easy to prepare, and will be my new Holiday go-to feast. I suggest you give it 72 hours to defrost, and use a cooking thermometer to check the done-ness. It took a bit longer, but came out succulent and the flavor was magic. The Boudin stuffing was exquisite. Highly recommend!! A++

Thanksgiving dinner with my family was a hit with the turducken centerpiece. After reading the reviews I was hesitant about ordering it, but I am so glad I decided to go for it. It arrived frozen solid, and I let it thaw for 4 days prior to cooking. Perfectly seasoned, not too salty, and easy to cook and carve. I roasted it in an oven roasting bag with nothing added, and it turned out moist and flavorful, with enough pan juices for gravy. Thank you Creole Foods and Amazon for an epicurean experience.

I'd never had Truducan before. I wasn't sure how it should taste. It wasn't good. I ordered two birds and both had a pungent taste and odor. Not good.

This was really good. Already seasoned and stuffed. However the Stuffing is not substantial. There were drums and wings which were a plus. Added a little of my own seasoning but it was pretty tasty. Would order again.

Turducken was great! Enjoyed by all.Only glitch was in shipping. I paid for the faster shipping, but it arrived a day late. Seller refunded the expedited shipping charge, and it was still frozen when I got it. I'm happy with the outcome.

Compared to same type of turducken we bought at a cheaper price this bird had less duck and chicken, was poorly stuffed and not as tasty. Creole Foods will not receive another order from us.

I have bought turduckens from creole foods for years now. I usually fry them and they are awesome but finally smoked one this year. It was tuff to get consistent temps throughout because of the density but it still turned out good. Probably will go back to frying next year. If you have never tried one do yourself a favor and get one now!
