For domestic use of small families
Product is very good at this price. It's fast and performs well. At first time setting up it will take some time as water pumping will start only after releasing the blocked air inside the machine. So be prepared for that hick up. Read the manual very well and follow the steps. May need to follow the same steps few times before you succeed. Once pumping starts you will enjoy working on it and having a tasty cappuccino or Espresso. Frothing works well as well pump pressure is good.Have been using past one week for 2 or 3 cups of coffee daily. Suggested for small families only with limited use. All the best.

Awful product.
Awful product.Broken right out of the box ABD had to return it the next day. Do not buy this product.

Great machine but bad handle
I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the bad handle. It doesn't allow for the right air and water pressure and hence the coffee consistency is not as expected. To make it worse I tried over 6 alternative handles but they all don't fit because they didn't make it universally compatible.

Great little machine for the price. Read the manual through first.
First cup made and it works great. At first no water came out, but reading the manual further shows that you need to release the air in the system through the frother. Worked perfectly after that.

I'm reviewing waiting my cup of coffee I wasn't expect the quality and the performer compere with the price,I am highly recommend it.

Good product
It is a good product, good value for money. I use it to prepare espresso everyday. Preheating could have been shorter, but in general, i like the espresso machine.

Broken
Very Disappointed on this Machine,, Not working no water coming out

Cheap Trash - stopped working after 4 uses
Very lightweight. Water pressure to pull shots is nearly non-existant. Unit worked okay for about 4 days (long enough for me to throw away packaging), but now will not pull a single shot - barely a dribble is produced. Steamwand still works - but unless you want to pay over $100 for a bulky steamer, stay away from this product.
