Nebility Womens' Sauna Sweat Vest Weight Loss Workout Waist Trainer

Ok I purchased this item bc when I went for my first cavitation session, they highly recommend me bringing it next and every time to help increase the sweat production from thermo wrap they do at the end of my session. I tried it on and it fit smoothly and comfortably. I am a plus size wear a size 16. I got a 2x cus a purchase with a different company on a sauna top was too small, an XL so I got a 2X bc I have a gut and that lower back fat I hate but it's doable. I am using the first row clamp so there is 4 rows. So the small sauna top will be worn eventually, I kept it as a motivational tool to keep at it. It is also a great sauna sweat top as well, maximize it by getting sweat cream or a menthol cream/gel and with plastic wrap (just saran-wrap of any brand). So my tip to you is pit the cream on, then the clear wrap, and the waist shaper. I am a nurse so I wear it all shift under my uniform. To keep your waist trainer cleaner longer, it helps to get a sleeveless undertop/t-shirt first, especially if your using thermo creams/gel to put between the wrap and the trainer.

Not gonna lie it has a weird smell to it but I'm sure with a couple of washes it will fade away. It also looked big for a size small but it's just fine. I got it to help with my posture and hopefully help a bit with my postpartum belly. I do see a difference with my posture for sure and my back feels nice it also makes me sweat. I used to weigh 115 now I'm 140 postpartum. Since my baby was born I feel like my posture was getting worse this definitely helps!

I like It. The material was nice and thick and most importantly comfortable. The only reason why I gave it 4 ⭐️s is because it was too big. I’m a side medium large amd I got a size small. Re-ordering. Will update with pictures when I get my item.

I like this product, but has a few flaws.I am 5'9 and 150 pounds (big belly pooch).Pros =-great back support, helps me sit and stand up straighter- does make you sweat more than usual (only if working out)- decently easy to put on.- long enough for a taller torsoCons=- it is bulky, not ideal to wear under normal clothes as it looks pretty lumpy, but I mainly bought it to wear at the gym and to wear while doing household chores so it's not that big a deal to me.- the shoulder bands are pretty loose and do not adjust- tightness. When first put on (I ordered a small) I had to clasp it on the 3rd set of hooks, by the 3rd day I am wearing it on the tightest hooks and the bands that velcro are too long to tighten any further leaving extra material to protrude off my side. I don't know if it's because it has stretched out already (3 days) or if because it's "working" but since ordering a small I cannot go any tighter.- not ideal to wear in the car. My back is so straight with this on that it is difficult to drive.Overall I do like it, but it's not perfect.I'll probably be ordering something that can adjust more.

I really enjoy having this during my workouts! I am 5’1 and about 140lbs with a 30” waist and the medium size fit well. The shoulder straps were loose due to my shorter torso but didn’t fall off so it did not bother me too much. It is very comfortable especially since it has 4 rows of clasps, so if you continue to lose weight you won’t have to keep buying a new one! The double velcro straps are long but don’t bother me during the workouts because they have long straps. Very comfortable and breathable with the most amounts of sweat! I love to do HIIT workouts in this because it helps me keep my abs engaged and i don’t get uncomfortable wearing it (i.e it doesn’t get itchy or super soaked!).

I wasn't pleased with it...it was smaller than I expected!

Nice product. Washes nicely and holds shape after being dried in dryer. I like the comfort of it and that you can adjust the tightness which allows you to be comfortable while giving yourself a smaller waist and tuck in any unwanted belly bulge. I do not like how the arm straps are. I have a shorter upper body and the straps do not firmly fit my shoulders leaving material to bulge up and out the back making it look funny over a tank or under a shirt.

Me encanto, si funciona, estoy bajando talla en poco tiempo, me pongo mi crema reductora y mi faja, un poco de ejercicio y listo. Les recomiendo comprarla mas chica que su talla normal porque conforme se baja de peso va quedando grande.

El material se ve bien, no la he usado. Lo que si es que pedí la talla chica y me quedó super bien, de arriba se ajustó muy bien. Yo soy talla L pero viene muy amplia la chica. Yo mido 1.69 y peso 70kg. Así que lleguen ese detalle de las tallas al momento de elegir la talla de su faja.
